HPUX 11.23

Can anybody tell me whether HPUX 11.23 is available on PA-RISC Servers. Where do i get proper information on Features, support and compatibility issues of HPUX 11.23 OS.

It only talks about HPUX 11iv1, does that mean currently v2 is not supported on PA based Servers.

The current release of 11.23 is only for IPF. 11.11 (11i v1.0) is the current PA release.

Bharat,

No 11.23 v2 does not support PS-RICS servers. Its Ithanium only, HP is working on a new relaese that supports both.

Hi Bharat,

HP is working on a 11.23 OS version for both PA and Itanium. From the OS, you can install 11.23 (i.e 11.i V2) on PA-RISC hardware.
