Hi,

short question:

Is it possible to use a local connected USB-Printer with HPUX 11.x on a PA-RISC machine
(C3700) ??
After connecting and reboot, the printer was not recognized by HPUX (ioscan etc...)

Unknown... but to start be sure you have the latest usb cumulative patch for your os version.

There may be needed software for your type printer to be loaded also.

If its an HP printer start here:

http://www.hp.com/cposupport - and search for your model.

Could also be the cable.

Add local printer in sam

Does it see the connection.
