Remote Console Access

I have been able to get an HP terminal to work on my HP9000 as a remote console through the internal modem, but cannot figure out the apropriate sequence to do the same from a PC. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Paul,
Remote PC's work fine. When you connect, you need to send a 'break' to activate remote console. You will need to check that your remote modem is configured to allow this and also which key your terminal emulator maps to 'break'. For example, Reflections uses F5.

Can you please describe your problem in more detail? Do you get no connection with the PC or is there only garbage on the screen?
