Hi,

to me this looks like some logmessages, which would not bother me.

The NFS-Server seems not to be able to respond in time - I have several other RPC_TIMED_OUT messages seen so far from several daemons like NFS, Oracle, ...)

If I am right, the request will be resent and the answer from the NFS-Server will finaly be gotten.
So, if the programms are working fine, I would not be too concerned about that.

If you will pinn down the problem, it will behelpfull, to check the network and the responding server / its NFS-Daemoon for botttlenecks.

I hope, this helps a little.

If there are problems caused by the slow response of the NFS-Server, please send some more Information

Bye
Ralf

Amit,

Those are errors on a soft NFS mount. See if the mount is OK now. nfsstat -m >nfsstat.out & should tell you. Put it in the background since it will fsstat the mounts.

If a continuing problem check out ITRC doc NETUXKBRC00006283

hope that helps-> Brian hackley
