CPU Upgrade

Hello,
I've a box with dual PA8500 processors. I wish to upgrade it to PA8600.
The softwares I've are C/Ansi C, MC-SG ,Sybase 11.9.2.
My question is, Will this upgrade have any impact on my compiled programs and Sybase database & executables?

This should have no effect at all, they are all PARISC 2.0 chips

I think there should be no effect there either, but you may just want to check with Sybase themselves.
