When IÂ´m trying to boot a HP_UX (after to upgrade the system) system report it the following warning "telnetd device driver missing"

more than likely one of these two commands will help.

insf -e
insf -C

I think its the first one.

Yes,
The earlier one is correct.
It's
# insf -e

Try this command and it will recreate all the existing devices for you.
