      <title>lvmtab</title>

      <description>Trying to remove devices that don't exist from lvmtab.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/dev/vg23_BCV_0&lt;BR /&gt;/dev/dsk/c19t4d2&lt;BR /&gt;/dev/dsk/c19t4d3&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The devices do not exist.&lt;BR /&gt;The vg do not exist.&lt;BR /&gt;It doesn't show up in ioscan.&lt;BR /&gt;Reran vgscan but it still shows up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How do I get rid of it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>That suggests that there are still active references in the kernel somewhere.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It may be that the only way to resolve this is to reboot the server, then try the vgscan again.</description>
