      <title>make_recovery (on HP-UX 10.20) failed</title>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;triying to do make_recovery -vA command on a HP-UX 10.20 based system, i have following error :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;save_config ERROR : cannot determine lv "/dev/vg00/lvol4" usage via fstyp&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Probably this lvol is not valid,&lt;BR /&gt;Sure it is not present in fstab&lt;BR /&gt;lvdisplay on it indicate a size 0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When i want to remove it with lvremove&lt;BR /&gt;i have the following message :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;lvremove could'nt delete logical volume&lt;BR /&gt;the suplied lv number refers to a non existant logical volume&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you help me please&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Please check your 'bdf' output, do you see this /dev/vg00/lvol4?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you lvremove this /dev/vg00/lvol4 before?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are sure that there's no space allocated for this lvol, do the following to remove the device files:&lt;BR /&gt;# rmsf /dev/vg00/lvol4&lt;BR /&gt;# rmsf /dev/vg00/rlvol4&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's suspected that these device files were accidently restored from a previous configuration.</description>
