Most probable cause seems to be of MCSG. Also are you up to date on patches for MCSG for 10.20. Is there anything in shutdownlog?? In /var/tomstones/ts99 file??

Get HP involved. But as 10.20 is obsolete, you may have problem getting support from HP.

Anil

Hii all,
i am working on hp unix 10.20 version & we have installed MC/Service Guard.Last week it happened that system crashed & everything was made ok by installing from ignite-ux backup. But afterwards we are unable to compress files in NAS and when done system gets rebooted.
and when we saw the shutdwon log it said the following
08:19 Wed Sep 22 2004. Reboot after panic: , isr.ior=0'9227ffff.c0000000'e8331030

and when the clustering of service guard is halted compression is possible and everything works fine.
Pls do let me know what is the problem & y it is happening. Pls reply fast..
Regds..
Vivek
