      <description>The main problem with D Class server is it's Power On/OFF Switch can u replace it and confirm.We had supported almost 50 D series servers ,we used to face same problem.Try replacing the switch.&lt;BR /&gt;regards&lt;BR /&gt;SK&lt;BR /&gt;Edited to comply with ITRC Guidelines</description>

      <description>Check the file /var/tombstones/ts99.  If the timestamp within the file is current, check the HPMC codes.  HP support will be able to tell you from these what failed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check also for a crash dump in /var/adm/crash.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HP may want to diagnose the crash dump, or if you're brave, you can do it yourself with the attached documentation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
