You will not find this patch as it has not yet been released
A release date is not yet available.

there isnt any patch PHSS_31075 , so this is the reason that you dont find it ,

i can see tht there were a few recored on this number of patch , but this patch was not release .

this patch was intend to be s.g 11.16 patch , the patch that you need to download is : PHSS_31071 - s700_800 11.11 Serviceguard A.11.16.00
