I?m trying to find the web page to download the memory window tools, shminfo and/or memwin_stats.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

shminfo is an internal hp tool as far as I can see and only available internally with HP's own network.
My advise : log a support call with your local response centre and ask for them for the binary.
