topic pb snapshot in Operating System - HP-UX

Hi,
I have a pb with snapshot fs. I can't umount snapshot fs.so I remove fs snap in mnttab and nothing !! fs come back in mount fs !
I have this error:
umount /system_snapshot
umount: cannot unmount /system_snapshot : Block device required
umount: return error 1.
OS:HP-UX 11.11

Not totally understanding here but:

Block device required

When I see that it means I'm looking at a character device instead of a block device. You know lvol8 verus rlvol8 or /dev/dsk versus /dev/rdsk
