Scripts database/forum/web site available ??

Is there a something available like this one for Sun/Solaris??

for HPUX scripts.

If not, could HP host one somewhere?

Actually, there's a bunch of scripts found at the HP Response Center's ftp server:

ftp://contrib:9unsupp8@hprc.external.hp.com/sysadmin/

Move down to the coolscripts directory for a bunch os useful tools.
