    <description>Hi Robert &lt;BR /&gt;         Thanks &lt;BR /&gt;On the same day i tried with the folowing entries .it went thru sucessfully &lt;BR /&gt;# vi /tmp/partitionfile&lt;BR /&gt;     2&lt;BR /&gt;     EFI 500MB&lt;BR /&gt;     HPUX 100%&lt;BR /&gt;And after mirroring i tested my unplug the pri boot disk system is comming up with the alt disk. I was getting the same error with all my servers .&lt;BR /&gt;My server models are rx4600 &amp;amp; rx2xxx each 3 nos &lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Guys&lt;BR /&gt;Iam getting the following error during &lt;BR /&gt; # vgextend /dev/vg00 /dev/dsk/c2t0d0s2&lt;BR /&gt;vgextend: Couldn't install the physical volume "/dev/dsk/c2t0d0s2".&lt;BR /&gt;Device busy&lt;BR /&gt;Iam using rx4600 server .Iam following the itanium root disk mirroring procedure &lt;BR /&gt;i had done &lt;BR /&gt;created the partition file with the folllowing entries&lt;BR /&gt;3&lt;BR /&gt;EFI 500MB&lt;BR /&gt;HPUX 100%&lt;BR /&gt;HPSP 400MB&lt;BR /&gt;idsik -wf /tmp/partitionfile &lt;DEVNAME&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;insf -e&lt;BR /&gt;pvcreate -B /dev/rdsk/c2t1d0s2&lt;BR /&gt;mkboot -e -l /dev/dsk/c2t1d0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DEVNAME&gt;</description>

      <description>Do you have HP Online JFS installed? If not filesystems cannot be extended while mounted.&lt;BR /&gt;Look in /var/adm/sw/products&lt;BR /&gt;If there is a subdirectory called AdvJournalFS then Online JFS is installed, otherwise you'll have to unmount the filesystem before you can extend it.</description>
