      <description>Note that 11i Version 1(11.11) is a very stable release. Its been around long enough for the kinks to be worked out and its supported by application vendors.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just in case you are tempted to move to the latest and greatest for PA-RISC, remember that many application vendors, including Oracle do not yet support 11i v2 on PA-RISC.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That release hit the market in October. Its a good idea to let the bugs get smoothed out for some fixed period of time prior to upgrading.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The key factor for us is application vendor support.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
