Error Installing March General Patch Release

I just did a fresh install of HPUX 11.0 onto my machine to upgrade it to the 64 bit OS. I downloaded the latest general release patch bundles to update the system and am getting the following error on one of the patches it is trying to install. Can anyone help me?

Are you sure your download of the General Release depot was successful? From your message, it appears that there is a problem with the depot. You might try re-downloading it and see what happens.

That is what I was wondering. It says those files are missing from the source so I was thinking the download wasn't complete too. I will try redownloading and let you know.

you know it could also be a problem!!!
Although the DCE libs SHOULD be okay!

That was it. I didn't quite get all the patch. I was just a few megs short. Thanks for the help.
