    <description>Should be able to use sam to set those values.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also from the command prompt you can use kmtune to list and to set values.  I find sam easier to set them though.  You can check out the man page for kmtune.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can't verify the 11.23 questions you have.  But those are pretty common unix kernel params, and I would be suprised if they weren't in 11.23.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't even see semma listed in the kernel params:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://docs.hp.com/en/939/KCParms/KCparams.OverviewAll.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://docs.hp.com/en/939/KCParms/KCparams.OverviewAll.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I do see sema or semmap.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I want to modify the tuneable kernel parameters in both UX v11.23 and also in UX v11.11.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unable to locate the following parameters ;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. shmmns in v11.11 and also in v11.23&lt;BR /&gt;2. semma in v11.23&lt;BR /&gt;3. maxusers in v11.23&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Appreciate your help .&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.</description>

      <description>I don't have any 11i v2(11.23) systems handy.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. I checked on my 11i v1 system and that item was not on the kmtune report. Therefore I must conclude that its not a tunable parameter on 11i v1.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>The tuneable maxusers has been obsoleted in 11i version 2.  Maxusers was used to calculate default values for nclist, nfile, and ninode.  Changing the value of maxusers in 11.23 will have no affect on any other tuneables.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There are no tuneables shmmns or semma.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
