      <title>boot disk question</title>

      <description>On another subject - are you running bash as root's shell?  This is a no-no.  You're going to end up being unable to boot into single user mode someday when you really, really need to.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pete</description>

      <description>Thanks..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;can i just do a mkboot /dev/rdsk/c2t6d0&lt;BR /&gt;and place boot utilities.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The disk is already in the vg00 vg.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;or will i have to remove the disk with vgreduce and then add it back in after doing a pvcreate -B&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
