    <description>i install it using the following&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;swlist -d @ /opt/HP10e134.SD&lt;BR /&gt;and then swinstall -s /opt/HP10e134.SD&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and then reboot the system , it still give me the same error&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Dear All&lt;BR /&gt;I have the following error in my HP-Ux 10.20, when i try to create a printer,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"The local system does not appear to be a member of a DCE Cell, and&lt;BR /&gt;the HPDPS client daemon is not running. SAM cannot be&lt;BR /&gt;used to manage HPDPS if the client daemon is not running.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you want the client daemon to be started?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;[Yes  ]]                              [  No  ]&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"&lt;BR /&gt;and when i select it i get the following error &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"Retrieving data about spoolers and supervisors failed, the results&lt;BR /&gt;are: pdls: { ذ(@ ?ك"</description>

      <description>Hi &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you are not using the right product for install . &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if the printer is a network printer that have a valid ip address , you need to download the jetadmin - jetdirect software and install it on the hp-ux .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you can find the product : &lt;A href="http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?pnameOID=18923&amp;amp;locale=en_US&amp;amp;taskId=135&amp;amp;prodSeriesId=27350&amp;amp;prodTypeId=18972" target="_blank"&gt;http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?pnameOID=18923&amp;amp;locale=en_US&amp;amp;taskId=135&amp;amp;prodSeriesId=27350&amp;amp;prodTypeId=18972&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;install it with swinstall and then config. your printer . &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you are not installing right , &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the command need to be : &lt;BR /&gt;swinstall -s /tmp/HP10e134.SD  , if the depot file is in /tmp . &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;also if you have problem with the install process you can restart the swagentd with the comand : swagentd -r . &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;eran maor</description>

      <description>Try moving the depot file "HP10e134.SD " into /tmp and installing it the way Eran explained.</description>
