Need Help on Downloading OnlineDiag (STM)

Hi ,

I want to install the latest "OnlineDiag" STM Bundle to my HP9000 hp-ux 11i system.

I am having the follwoing installed currently:

"OnlineDiag B.11.11.12.09 HPUX 11.11 Support Tools Bundle, Sep 2003"

I want to update to latest.

Can any one help me how to download this bundle , from itrc or somewhere.

Remove the previous version and install this one.

There's also a table showing what the latest version for each release of HPUX is, at http://www.docs.hp.com/en/diag/stm/stm_upd.htm#table

You shouldn't have to remove the old version before installing the latest version (unless you have a very old version installed, which you don't).
