      <description>I have executed "killall" command (as root) on RP 7410 and now i can't login as root using putty (telnet). How can i start the telnet service so i can login ??&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you in advance</description>

      <description>logon to the gsp with Ctrl-b&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and use the rs command to reset your server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;man killall&lt;BR /&gt;killall - kill all active processes&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Robert-Jan</description>

      <description>Hi there&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As you have experienced, killall is a dangerous command.  If you can't log in at the console (no login prompt) try powering the console off and on a few times.  If you are lucky, the system may respawn a getty process for the console and let you log in again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Either that or follow the previous suggestion of using rs on the GSP.  If's highly likely that this is your only option.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Keith</description>
