I have this error in one server with 11.11

What is your environment variable SHLIB_PATH set to?

Is uxstartup an executable, or a script? If it is an executable, can you run chatr on it

# chatr uxstartup

and post the result.

Your executable has SHLIB_PATH enabled,

SHLIB_PATH enabled first

but none of you libraries have a relative path, so it doesn't need it enabled.

Do all of the following files exist in their stated directories?

/etud_objp/m_v500/HP-UX1100/libstatique/librairie_dynamique_de_reference/libuxos.sl

/etud_objp/m_v500/HP-UX1100/libstatique/librairie_dynamique_de_reference/libuxspv.sl

Only exists

but the error is abot thread, and the library exists.

Do you have libuxos.sl and libuxspv.sl anywhere on your system? If so, you need to set SHLIB_PATH to point to the directory/directories they are in.
