configuring kernel parameters

I'm on HPUX 11i 64bit C3600
This is the error I get when I try configuring kernel. Happens when I change any value on kernel parameters.

CANNOT BUILD A KERNEL USING /usr/sbin/config.

THE STANDARD OUTPUT OF THE COMMAND IS SHOWN BELOW:
(BUNDLED) cc:”/usr/conf/space/h.d/core-hpux.h”, line 285 error
1000: unexpected symbol: “}”

1000: unexpected symbol: “;”

Hi

You have put a mistake in something by ovewriting the config limits

see man 1M config
Each line contains two fields.
The first field can contain up to 20 characters;
the second field up to 60 characters.

If you make a fomula like nfile longer than 60 characters you get this
