    <description>Not a lot to go on here, but the hpdps software does not appear to be installed or configured correctly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd run swverify \* to see if the install is correct.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If its okay, I'd then check the docs/configuration file to see if the basic first time setup was ever done.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>my version is hp-11. HPDPS daemon has been installed and running until a week ago. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Before I did a reboot of the os ,I could still see the logical and physical printers but not after it.</description>
