topic mailx in Operating System - HP-UX

Hi,

we're using mailx in our system. Yesterday, we changed our exchange server (name and IP), i've changed me hosts file to update it with the new IP address and name of the exchange server. Now, when using mailx, i'm getting error of "host unknown" and it's getting me the old server name of the exchange.

Where is the file for mailx so i can change the address and name.

Is the new system resolving via nslookup?
By name and by IP?

Is the /etc/mail/sendmail.cf file modified? If so, what is the value of the DS macro? Should this be changed?

Check the value of DS in sendmail.cf - adjust accordingly - and resatrt sendmail (if running)...

Did you change your etc/mail/sendmail.cf from the old servername to the new one?
