    <description>As Fred said, the cold install seems to be the preferred choice in general, but upgrading can also work, I've heard of particular systems that this was done with successfully.  As I understand once you follow it step by step it should be ok.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hth,&lt;BR /&gt;Kevin.</description>

      <description>You should use install and upgrade guide. This can be found here : &lt;A href="http://docs.hp.com/en/oshpux11i.html#Installing%20and%20Updating" target="_blank"&gt;http://docs.hp.com/en/oshpux11i.html#Installing%20and%20Updating&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It depends on your install, but cold install is generally prefered from upgrade.
