Problem with the printqueue

Hi All,
We are facing some problem with the printqueue.

The printer was working previously. The print jobs submitted to the print queue are in now printing status but not actually getting printed. Printer is connected to dec server. It is using the device file /dev/telnet/menm01_15, port 2015.

#lpstat -t |grep menstriegh_1
device for menstriegh_1: /dev/telnet/menm01_15
menstriegh_1 accepting requests since Sep 1 12:06
printer menstriegh_1 now printing menstriegh_1-4521. enabled since May 31 11:29
menstriegh_1-4521 root priority 0 May 31 11:29 on menstriegh_1

scheduler & ocd process is also running
#ps -eaf |grep ocd
root 18995 1 0 11:28:09 ? 0:00 ocd -n89.46.3.5 -f/dev/telnet/menm01_15 -bXX -p2015 -c/etc/ddfa

following is the configuration details in /etc/ddfa/dp file
#/etc/ddfa/dp
89.46.3.5 XX/2015 /dev/telnet/menm01_15 /etc/ddfa/pcf

not sure like how this printqueue is created. Let me know how to rectify this.

Hi,

Try restarting ocd's with this :
#/usr/sbin/dpp /etc/ddfa/dp -k

Try disable then enable the queue.
