    <description>I'm guessing you may already know this, but you're running seriously old and out-of-support software here.  Both the OS (10.20) and the version of OpenMail have not been supported for years.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Which version of OpenMail is this?  The latest it can be is B.05.10, and the last patch for that was released in 2000.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Was that 'omshowlic' output from before or after you reduced the number of users?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you try to restart the failed services after reducing the number of users?  (103 should work,  though, if you really do have 100 licenses installed, there was leeway of 10%, I seem to remember.)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What changed at the time the services failed to start up?  Have any licenses recently timed out?  Have a look in the nodelock file to see if there are any that have expired.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Andrew&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
