I have in syslog:
"rpcbind: cannot accept connection: bad call sequence number (current state 4)"
I did mistake yesterday, because I set:
domainname my_name_domain
and now is:
domainname is my_name_domain
I'd like to change this domainname to empty, because before this domainname was empty!
Could you help me ?

Just check in # cat /etc/rc.config.d/namesvrs ==>File has a line called
NIS_DOMAIN ==>If this variable has a entry my_name_domain just clear it and restart the NIS services

When I did:
cat /etc/rc.config.d/namesvrs ==>File has a line called "

NIS_DOMAIN ==>this variable hasn't a entry my_name_domain and I don't clear.
How I can restart the NIS services ?
