Issue creating patch depot

I am using the create_depot to create the patch depot and am getting the following error:

I downloaded several times and each time am running into the same issue. My /tmp has enough free space and am using Binary mode to transfer the file from my PC to the server. Please help out...

What if you download the patches individually - instead of all 3 together?

Or try downloading (recreate the depot) from a different server...are you on www1 or www2?

what format file did you choose downloading these patches from patch database to your pc ? if you chose gzip pkg, after clicking the radio button, you should wait until the page refreshes.

And sometimes, I have seen it totally fail to refresh, leaving you in a limbo state. If one format of file is giving you problems, try the other format. You may be surprised to see that one work.

it says
ERROR: Could not unshar PHCO_31903
so U should redownload this patch and do it again.
