      <description>Your print devices are remote devices. &lt;BR /&gt;According to your diagram you have a print server and and HPUX server acting as remote print servers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you submit a job to a remote server, the job is actually queued up on the remote server, be it 1 or the other.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I would concentrate on the network connection to the printer.  Seems that that the servers think that it is down.</description>
