      <description>Obviously, there is no simple answer to this&lt;BR /&gt;and it depends on what is running on the &lt;BR /&gt;HP-UX box and what is it intended to be used &lt;BR /&gt;for. If you are running a http server, then &lt;BR /&gt;obviously you can't block port 80, but if &lt;BR /&gt;it's a desktop that does not run a http &lt;BR /&gt;server, you should probably block port 80.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;IMO, the best solution to your problem is to&lt;BR /&gt;run HP-UX IPFilter system firewall on this&lt;BR /&gt;machine. Block all the ports/services and &lt;BR /&gt;selectively open those that the machine will &lt;BR /&gt;use. HP-UX IPFilter is very simple and easy &lt;BR /&gt;to use and can be configured to do the above &lt;BR /&gt;job within minutes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Biswajit&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Pedro&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It very much depends on what services /applications you are running.
