    <description>Juan,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;RAC pointed this out in his reply and another way to do the same using cstm is:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# echo "sel path 0/5/2/0;info;wait;il;exit" | cstm | egrep -i "(major|minor) revision&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The output of the above command will show the major and minor revision numbers of your HBA. Concatenating the two gives the chip revision number &lt;MAJOR revision=""&gt;.&lt;MINOR revision=""&gt;. Should match line 3 of fcmsutil output.&lt;BR /&gt;XL2 Chip Revision No is = 2.3&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;cheers!&lt;/MINOR&gt;&lt;/MAJOR&gt;</description>
