      <description>if you happen to look into your /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log file, just a line or two before this error gets logged, you will see that somebody tried to login to an account which was disabled due to some reason. Maybe too many wrong passwords entered or account was inactive for a long time, or expired password. Username causing the failed attempts should be in those two prior lines as well as how they came in like telnet/ssh/ftp etc. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once you find the username and re-enable it, you should be fine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps</description>
