      <description>Try stopping the foreground process by sending it a Ctrl-Z. In case process suspend signal is not set to ^Z then determine what its set to:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# stty -a&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Look for what "susp = &lt;CHARACTER&gt;&lt;/CHARACTER&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# stty susp '^Z'&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;cheers!&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
