You can do most of this work on a workstation. If you are serious about system administration, consider purchasing an old workstation that can run hp-xu on ebay.

Then you can practice and become competant.

Well, when you take the course Admin II the lab is available to you for the whole week. Testdrive I am not sure if you can run all the commnads that need root privileges.

Hi Ammar ,

Buy a workstation , load 11i and practice the commands, if you have another PC or something you can establish network and try many things.
