    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't know nothing about TOAD. But to prevent others from installing SW on your disks, the only chance is not to give anyone a shell on your system.&lt;BR /&gt;You can also delete your compilers to prevent people from compiling SW on your system...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Micky</description>
