    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I don't know where the problem is, I just can't done lvlnboot run without errors.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ioscan to the disk:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;disk      1  0/0/2/1.6.0             sdisk    CLAIMED     DEVICE       SEAGATE &lt;BR /&gt;ST318404LC&lt;BR /&gt;                                    /dev/dsk/c2t6d0   /dev/rdsk/c2t6d0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the disk it's fine&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;In a 11.00 system the make_recovery reports an error, lookings to the related threads, I think the problem it's that:&lt;BR /&gt;/# lvlnboot -v&lt;BR /&gt;Boot Definitions for Volume Group /dev/vg00:&lt;BR /&gt;Physical Volumes belonging in Root Volume Group:&lt;BR /&gt;        /dev/dsk/c1t6d0 (0/0/2/0.6.0) -- Boot Disk&lt;BR /&gt;        /dev/dsk/c2t6d0 (0/0/2/1.6.0)&lt;BR /&gt;Unable to query the I/O interface: Parameter error.&lt;BR /&gt;lvlnboot: Unable to print reliable information.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for all,&lt;BR /&gt;Joel</description>

      <description>Problem is with /etc/lvmtab or disk. Try to scan with, ioscan -fnuC disk. what is the software stage of S/W State field for that disk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hth.</description>

      <description>Try correcting the BDRA with this command:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# lvlnboot -R&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and the try:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# lvlnboot -v&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would also recocemmed intsalling latest Ignite-UX software and use 'make_tape_recovery' command instead of 'make_recovery' (this is the old version)</description>

      <description>Thanks, but I know now where the problem is.&lt;BR /&gt;Before the HP technical change an I/O interface card the ioscan reports that one disk is NO_HW, but not a boot device.</description>
