      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try fstyp command&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;EX: fstyp -v /dev/vg00/lvol4 will show you the version.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And yes you need to use -o largefile for filesize bigger than 2GB&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-USA..&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>According to ITRC document UFSKBRC00009741, fstyp doesn't give the exact version of JFS installed (at least for 3 and above). This document explains it pretty good.</description>

      <description>fstyp does tell you it is 3.0 or 3.1, another way is &lt;BR /&gt;swlist -l bundle | grep -i jfs&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Irving,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; It's most likely that you have ver 3.x - the only way to know which is by the bundle #.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;B5118BA =&amp;gt; ver 3.1&lt;BR /&gt;B3929BA =&amp;gt; ver 3.3&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do&lt;BR /&gt;swlist | grep -i jfs &amp;amp; see which you have&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HTH,&lt;BR /&gt;Jeff</description>
