    <description>Joel,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Async, means in a nut shell "not at the same time"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Async write means, there may be a time delay between when it was initiated and when it was actually written to a target device.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if this helped or have more questions ?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Bhanu</description>
