swlist |grep -i online

should show

B3929BA B.11.00 HP OnLineJFS (Advanced VxFS)

for hpux 11.0

and

B3929CA B.11.11 HP OnLineJFS

for 11.11

If online jfs was installed with a bundle, you will need to run:
swlist -a revision -l fileset | grep -i jfs

To test if installed run:
# swlist -l product OnlineJFS

To see the disk layout version number of a file system:
# vxupgrade /tmp
/tmp: vxfs file system version 4 layout
