    <description>I hope you can change nice value to control cpu resource usage. However, we can not control it by %'s as like 10 or 20 like that. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;see man nice for more.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hth.</description>

      <description>I found that in my system , there is a strange process that its process name is "ora" , if this process is running in the system , the system will become very slow ( because it will use much CPU time ), so I want to control this kind of process can only use maximum of a certain of CPU resource ( eg. 10 % ) , is it possible ? thx</description>

      <description>Not possible unless you install products like&lt;BR /&gt;WLM(work load manager) or PRM (Process resource manager)</description>
