cimserver[1043] not running

Hi All,
I am getting this eror while booting my RP 3440 machine.
INIT: Command is respawning too rapidly.
Will try again in 5 minutes.
Check for possible errors.

The ems4 entry in /etc/inittab. Set respawn to off and troubleshoot.

What does dmesg and syslog.log file say?

This is related to WBEM services. You can disable it when nobody using it. Check your /etc/inittab file.

Machine is not giving me console or i am not able to telnet. The error is attempting again and again. how can i stop it and enter into machine.
