Documentation on GSP

Is any documentation available on the service processor and the GSP prompt you get when pressing Ctrl-B on the console?

I only found a few commands like SL en CO in the forums, but I'd like to get a complete picture of this tool.

This doc is on the europe site and that is perhaps why you cannot access. ???
