      <description>Hi David:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd place a telephone call (1-800-633-3600 in the USA) to the Response Center and ask to be transferred to the appropriate section.  This is prpbably the fastest way to get your 'handle(s)' resolved.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the meantime, you can always post your question or problem here.  There's plenty of folks more than willing to assist.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;...JRF...</description>

      <description>Hi David.&lt;BR /&gt;If you run into SSI errors or page cannot be diplayed, it is not your system.&lt;BR /&gt;HP knows, that the software is sometimes not fast enough / not enough capacity to handle&lt;BR /&gt;the incoming request. it will take approx. two more moths until they have a new soft?ware version in place for the ITRC.&lt;BR /&gt;Got this from an HP guy in the ITRC team.&lt;BR /&gt;Rgds&lt;BR /&gt;Alexander M.
