      <description>N4000 - 11.0 OS&lt;BR /&gt;On the system maxuprc is set to 8400. However, I'm getting the following errors:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Mon Nov 07 05:47:11 2005: Mon Nov  7 05:47:11 2005 PatrolAgent-E-EINTERNAL: Parameter `ConnectDB' failed due to too many&lt;BR /&gt;system processes (51 &amp;gt;= 50) --will retry in 10 seconds&lt;BR /&gt;Mon Nov 07 08:47:33 2005: ID 1021c0: E: Error: Total # of processes forked(54) is &amp;gt; MAX_PROCESSES(50) for parameter Conne&lt;BR /&gt;ctDB&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any Ideas as to why I'm getting this error since maxuprc is set to 8400 and nproc is set to 8500?</description>
