    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;in my opinion performance depends on&lt;BR /&gt;what kind of application or db your server host.&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway a quick view:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- top and, better, glance it's good&lt;BR /&gt;for server workload;&lt;BR /&gt;also "sar" command help you on this issue, expecially for pinpoint workload on disks;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- "netstat" command for network issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hth&lt;BR /&gt;regards&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>This kind of topic has been discussed several times on this forum.
