Hi

Patch Name: PHKL_27224

Patch Description: s700_800 11.00 IDE/ATAPI cumulative patch

Creation Date: 02/07/29

Post Date: 02/07/31

Hardware Platforms - OS Releases:
s700: 11.00
s800: 11.00

contains

PHKL_22031:
The "side" driver was originally delivered as
part of a hardware enablement patch and is not
part of the core operating system. To include
this driver in the kernel during an operating
system install or upgrade it is necessary for
a SD-UX control script to insert the "side"
reference into the system file before a kernel
is built.
Resolution:
The patch was repackaged with customized
versions of the postinstall and postremove
control scripts included.

Another option is that the 'SCSI cmd: 0x4d' message is to be associated with 'LOG SENSE'. So if online diagnostics access the CDROM disk log through 'LOG SENSE', you may see this warning message in the message buffer.

A firmware upgrade can solve this

Steve Steel

Hi All,

Diagnostic tool is installed , see below .

# ps -ef |grep diag
root 18089 18001 0 18:23:17 ttyp2 0:00 grep diag
root 999 1 0 Jul 2 ? 14:44 /usr/sbin/stm/uut/bin/sys/diagmd
root 1356 999 0 Jul 2 ? 9:22 diaglogd
#

But while executing mstm command its display following error error.

Error
The UUT status file
(/var/tmp/stm18129/hostname/data/uut_status)
representing the new device map from the Unit Under Test (UUT) could not be
successfully loaded into memory.
The most recent device map for the Unit Under Test (UUT) could not be built
successfully. This means operations apparently available, based on this old
map, may not be, and might fail.
Please refer to the Map Log and/or the System Activity Log on that system for
more details.

It seems tools itself is not installed properly.

give your valuable comments.

Mohan
