date type

it is different date type when acccess telent and ftp service.

drwxrwxrwx 7 devxbil appsvr 1024 2004.09.06 src --> ftp

drwxrwxrwx 7 devxbil appsvr 1024 Sep 6 2004 src --> telnet

why is reason cause this ?

which platform you are trying?

how did you get this,

Hi,

This is not the case with me when doing it from one HPUx server to another. Through "ls" in ftp and "ls -l" after telnet gives same output.

Both servers are running 11i.

Possibally for your scenarion the OS versions are different or it is a cross platform.

We could 2 outputs in your query. Was it from same machine ? or you got it while doing telnet/ftp from different machines to same host?

May be shell/OS difference would have caused this change .
